Just In: Pakistan captain Baber Azam maintains his top position in the latest ICC T20 Batters Rankings, despite the fact of many Indian Batters jumping high in the latest ICC Men’s Rankings. Suryakumar Yadav jumps to 2nd spot after being named Highest Runs Scorer in the ongoing series against West Indies.

Baber Azam is the only batsman who grabs the top five position in all three formats of the game. The young Pakistani skipper is ranked number one in ODIs and T20Is, while number three in the ICC Batsmen Rankings in Test.

The current Indian Squad is making massive strides in the ICC’s Batter Rankings. The young opening batsman, Suryakumar Yadav, jumped to the 2nd position, scoring the highest 135-runs against West Indies. The opportunity for Yadav to overtake Baber has swept away after the Indian management decided to give him rest in the Final match of their tour.

According to the latest ICC Men’s Rankings, Indian middle-order batters Shreyas Iyer and Rishabh Pant made giant strides in the race for top rankings. Pant reached 59th position in the rankings after he scored 44-runs in the 4th game against West Indies.

Unfortunately, Former Indian Skipper Virat Kohli is continuously struggling with poor performance with the bat. The right-handed batsman dropped to the 32nd spot in the latest ICC T20 Batters Rankings, while he is at number 12 in Tests and number 5 in ODIs rankings.

Meanwhile, other Indian batters, including Axar Petal and Avesh Khan, have made big moves in the ICC Rankings. India is currently having their tour of West Indies, in which they defeated the host side in ODI and T20 series.
